Yo so superficial and basic that I had to double check it was really for adults.
This is the kind of book I would reread and refer to specific chapters when needed. This created f I was thd disappointed with this book.
It doesn’t adhere to a calendar, however, so you can read as much as you like or as little as you can stand. This is not my normal sort of book selection. Shaahr although I agree with many of the ideas and respect the author I think his other books are more worthy of a read and its hard to recommend this one.
He takes the most common tests and traps we face as human beings and enables us to look clearly at options to make us more alive, more mindful and happy. Not only do we get along better but the encouragement produces wonderful results. Even if I found it sometimes a little oversemplified, it is clear that the book goes straight to the point and maybe it is better so, as it is a self-help manual.
